administration. This course discusses the issues administrators should
consider when entering an outsourcing arrangement, from the beginning
stage of making the decision to outsource all the way to the stage of
monitoring a vendor’s performance. The course presents a practical 19-step
guide that systematically takes the reader through the entire outsourcing
process, including RFP development. A distinctive feature of this course
is discussion of how government plans and corporate plans can differ in
outsourcing policies and procedures.
