This course examines the factors to consider when designing an education program, such
as who the stakeholders are, and the makeup of the intended audience. Readers are
guided through the Four Stages of Learning so as to identify existing levels of
financial literacy. This course provides the tools for analyzing the employee
population for effective program design.
