CRC® Candidates Needed for March, 2009 Exam to Help Finish
NCCA Application Requirements
InFRE
continues to make significant progress toward meeting the National
Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) requirements to accredit the
CRC® certification program. After beginning the process over
one year ago we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel and
anticipate submitting an application to NCCA by the end of April 2009.
We could not have done it alone and are extremely grateful for the
tremendous effort by all those who have volunteered their time and
effort to help InFRE and their fellow CRC® certificants.
We
need your help with candidates for the
new exam!
The
last major step toward completing the accreditation requirements is to
administer our new comprehensive exam, which is currently in development
and will be ready during the second half of March 2009. The results from
this exam will allow our consultant to validate the exam and create an
analytical report to be included with our NCCA application.
If
InFRE and the CRC® play an important role within your
organization, could you please help
us by identifying potential new CRC® candidates to sit
for the comprehensive exam in mid-March 2009? In order to submit
InFRE’s application for accreditation to the NCCA in April we need
more than 100 new candidates to register for the March exam over the
next few weeks. Otherwise, the CRC® accreditation
application will be delayed and may not be submitted again until next
fall. For the benefit of existing and future certificants, it is of
utmost importance that InFRE meet the April application deadline.

Free Study Help for March Exam Candidates!
Although
purchase is not required, new CRC® exam study guides
will be available soon to help candidates prepare for the exam on a
self-study basis. In addition to study guides, InFRE will offer a series
of free WebEx review sessions starting the beginning of January.
Eighteen sessions will be scheduled and recorded for those who are
unable to attend one or more live sessions. The value of these sessions
is over $500 a person.

Waiver of first year’s renewal fee whether an individual passes the
first time or upon subsequent attempt – a value of $100!
