Retirement Readiness AssessmentsInFRE® Retirement Readiness ProfileTM
The InFRE Retirement Readiness Profile is a concise tool for evaluating an individual’s state of retirement preparedness. It is designed to identify the appropriate resources an individual should utilize in order to become retirement ready. The InFRE Retirement Readiness Index is the aggregation of individual Retirement Readiness Profiles. It is designed to be an actionable indicator of retirement education program planning and to provide guidance for employers, third party providers, and policy-makers. An individual’s readiness score is determined by their career stage (early, mid or late) and how prepared they are in each of the retirement readiness domains. In other words, retirement preparedness is “not just about money.”
The percent weighting of preparedness in each domain is dependent on the individual’s career stage and gradually puts more emphasis on the health and happiness dimensions as the individual approaches retirement. The Profile and Index will be available in late 2008 and can be licensed and customized to reflect an employer’s retirement education planning and results measurement. Discover the results of the 2007 InFRE General Population Report on Retirement Readiness and Index scores conducted with Greenwald and Associates. |
